JAS Engineering specializes in beautiful residential deck design as illustrated above in the Hughes and Kelly Residences. Structural design was re-engineered for three levels of decking ranging from thirty five to fifty five feet above grade. The design includes new pressure treated deck framing, sister joist framing, replacement beams and columns for the elevated decks and deck extension at the upper levels of the stilt supported residence.
